Shipping policy

Orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Standard postage to the UK does not include tracking. If you would like tracking then it is possible to upgrade.

LOST & DELAYED ITEMS

As per Royal Mail policy - orders will not be classed as lost until 10 WORKING DAYS from POSTAL DATE

Unfortunately postal delays are out of my control and I cannot offer any compensation if items are delayed with Royal Mail for any reason.

Proof of postage will be obtained for each order.
